Problema:
Remote work by junior specialists created risks of quality standards being compromised and tight deadlines (a five-day release cycle) being missed. Differences in time zones and skill levels necessitated an exceptionally clear oversight system.
Solution:
I established a remote post-production pipeline featuring "strict checkpoints"—standardizing editing templates and implementing daily sync-ups and a peer-to-peer review system. I also developed a quality scoring mechanism that automatically filtered work by junior editors before delivery to the client.
Result:
Consistent weekly release of a high-quality product tailored to a teenage audience, with a fully remote team.
